she was the only girl to ever hit that drop, and it was the first time it was ever included in a race. btw, this isnt the first POD with that drop. she a badass for being hitting it during her race run

think you are correct. i mean women should be able to drop that cause guys can do 360's off drops 5ft higher... but that is an insane drop to have in the middle of a course.

Props on the picture, I think it deserves POD. That's an impressive feature to hit during a run.

Awesome riding totally POD worthy. Would've been better without all the stuff between the rider and the camera, kind had to look at the photo for a tick to see the rider.

If you look at the other pics, its def 10-12 ft, shes just balled up there. Sick shit for mid race run, though i agree with some peeps, terrible photo itself, shit composition, but impressive content.

Pinkbiker's are so critical. Give Brit her day of fame. Give the photographer his day of fame. Ya I'm sure there are better photos out there, but pinkbike has to be appealing to a broad range of bikers.....this one happens to be a "girl in action" shot! So just enjoy it, and tomorrow will be a new day and new POD! Nice Racing Brit it was fun to watch! Josh it was fun racing against you! props on the photo!

Why are people slating anything about this photo? The drops big, it's a girl in the middle of a race run and the photo has been taken from an interesting and original position. Bearing in mind stuff usually is bigger stood on top of it than when making smartarse comments sat in front of a computer, I suspect a few of the people moaning about it with no pics of them riding on their profile are little pussies who would back down from such a drop with lame excuses. Worthy POD

Not keen on this photo. The subject isn't obvious and there doesn't seem to be any composure. Is the emphasis on the rider, or the drop, or both? It doesn't give great perspective of the challenge and the photographers position isn't great, it's like he (or she) happened to be there rather than planning the shot, to many obstructions.
But I aren't a photographer so what do I know. Here come neg props, sorry.

OK fools all you that say not a POD you come hit that drop. Also it's more like 20-25 feet. So until you posting photos of you droping or throwing bigger got eat a pedal.... I do think she was the only girl to hit it that day .

I disagree. The lines that cut the composition and separate the spectator from the athlete are interesting and create suspense. I think this is good art and good riding.
Two other points:"She have a big balls" is really funny in a Borat way. Also I'm thinking that drop would scare me half to death -- along with about 85% of other male PB users.

Well I am am Local ridder and that's my back yard and it's 20 + easy. And if it where only 12 you don't have what is takes to drop it.. Don't bag on the pictures if you can't take them !!!!

Thats a sweet video and a sweet track.. Still not 20+ feet though.. I did keep in mind that the camera usually doesn't do justice, if you look at the people compared to the drop it's not 20 feet.. Being generous, I'd give it 14ft and a gap of maybe the same.. I'm not denying it is nice, just not as big as you say, but I guess we'll never know until it's measured..
