well yeah...i did a full race run the other day, i couldnt stand or move for 10 mins after...some hiker aksed if i was ok ahhhahaahhahahahhah

haha that's gnarly! my arms hurt when i ride it in sections! i heard something somewhere about professional moto riders having like the fluid sac in their forearm bled out or something and you dont get arm pump

yeah most of the top guys get that surgery or you can also do hangs and build up your tolerance to arm pump
