I'm gonna say when he does a Barspin he catches with his left hand. And he just likes flanges but they get in the way when he does barspins. Just an idea...
Why thank you and yes more or less evilrydr is correct. The reason I didn't cut that flange is because with my old brake my lever had some sharp edges that liked to cut the sides of my hand up. So I decided to only cut the flange on one side. It doesn't get in the way THAT bad, but I may cut it, we'll see.
o really? I have a krad 1.95 in the back and i can get it in much closer, a lot less than halfway, i just need a couple halflinks to get my chain tension dialed. Also how did you paint your fork? My fork right now is a silver 32 and black would look sick.
Yea, but my wheel is slightly untrue. Just sanded it and then spray painted it. Primer, then paint, then clear coat. Go for it, murder that shit out man!
Well have you ever taken your fork apart? If so, just do that and cover anything you could potentially mess up with painters tape. Just go for it, it's not difficult at all.
Hahaha good ol' 729's. Mine only has a very slight wobble but that is because the shop that trued it, didn't exactly tension the spokes..and I didn't notice til to late lol.
ya i have to lower it, but im worried the paint won't come out nice
ill probably get some 721's for the back, since they work better with narrower tires
a new front rim instead of the heavyass pimps would be nice too
Ah yes, I understand. If you're not riding her much, there isn't much reason to keep her unless you plan on getting back into it in the future. I felt the same way with my old frame.
Haha, I will be painting mine, I'm sick of all the blue and white Glory's out there. I don't like the new look of the frame either so I will be looking for a used 07-09.
