 because a dhx is a little bit more heavy but absorbe little bumbs that the dhx air can't But the dhx air is more light weight. so my question is how does it feel ? (plush,heavy etc.)

 like I said put a 400lb coil on a DHX 5 coil and they feel the same pretty much, the coil will have more reliability I haven't wrecked this one yet but we will see how long it last's. If you need to run any stiffer coil then a 400lb on a DHX coil a DHX air is not for you.

 Because we are tiny (especialy compared to the walmart that is bow) our parts stock inst that great(we have a few boxxers a coupls 66's ect) we usually just order in the more expensive stuff because it doesn't move very quick.

But we do everything we can to put the customer first.

 Ive been working there for 2 mnths and i have yet to sell a bike. Every one i have dealt with decided to go buy an ibis. the other guy moved to onterio. And mike has stolen every other sale from me. Its actualy kind of upsetting (oh and the year of free service and priority service after that is nice too)

 I work at Bike bros. odly enough we seem to be a destination shop. most of our customers come from canmore, banff, bragg creak calgary, even red deer.BUT every one in town goes to bow gets fucked over then comes to us when shit doesn't go well.
