I ended up getting a small cause that was the only size they had left for Pro Deals. I', 5'10-5'11 and it fits me comfortably for how I want to ride. A few years back I broke my back and I'm unable to lean forward very far so this is great for me. although if you are the same height I would suggest you get a medium as the small is a 16.25.
There is only a small difference in top tube length though mine is a 22.9 and the M is a 23.6
