They have more grip, and still are able to roll easliy due to the centre knobs; I prefer these over Larsens. And yes these are 2.1".

No, this bike needs colour, but not just a small amount of colour, so the frame is getting sprayed. I'm thinking 2 colours though, bright red and gloss black. I'm planning on getting different bars, thinking Chromag OSX in black chrome.

Oh black chrome sounds nice,i used to like the old stx colours too but buggered if i can remember what it was called,smoked chrome i think it was.
