leonh, are you really going to post a link EVERY DAY to that picture your promoting so hardcore for POD? I mean it's a cool photo but let it be already. Let it become POD on it's own without your shameless plugs.
Check-out the description... It tells alot about the photo, then half the posts wouldn't be needed. I think it's a worthy photo. The amount of the forest that is shown is the least amount needed to show the shot, the takeoff is at the far right, and the landing is at the far left. That shows Kenny in mid-flight...So look again...It's massive. Great Shot
the pic is awesome, especially if its someone new to photography, i dont know anything about photo's, but i saw a comment earlier saing the photos that r being done r coming along great or whatever, i dont ever want to bash anyone's work, but it could be a bit more re defined, maybe more emphasis on the rider then the forest? all in all awesome shot, just throwing out my opinion, here comes the neg props
The background just makes this photo. without it it wouldnt be pod. im quite a hater but i like this. nice work. check this www.pinkbike.com/photo/5117939
No, in fact if anything its more difficult if you don't know what you're doing because its a semi-pro camera. Also, it would have much more to do with the lens than the camera. And a heck of a lot more to do with the user than anything else. Your comment had absolutely no basis in reality.
This is true, the 7D is no easier than any other camera, it doesn't do anything more for you. People seem to have this misconception about DSLRs, if you don't know how to use it you might as well point a brick around. The "better" the camera, chances are the more you need to know about how to use it properly. A photo is all in the user.
