With a jump of only 1.5 m Cannondale Moto Carbon broke. I am very disappointed with the Cannondale does not want to accept my assurance due, because they say the store where I bought it was not an authorized delear. Still do not believe that a great brand like Cannondale does not care about their customers. I'm very sad about this situation

 thats not the point easy..
the point is he bought it from world renowned bike company and they wont replace or
even split difference (for lack of better words) due to an "unauthorized" bike dealer..
I would be thoroughly disappointed with cannondale too

It looks like you bottomed out your rear shock. It is very easy to crack a frame where the pivot points are, if you have to little pressure in your air shock or to soft spring on your spring shock. Therefore, I think it could be your own fault for this damage.
But I still dont understand how the hell did you manage to crack the seat tube? Did the rear wheel slam in to it or what?

actually I wouldn't call cracknfail all that reputable, and unauthorized bike dealer? second hand or consignment?

My friend, we work with bicycles a lot of years, so i'm ure the pressure it's ok. I noticed small cracks in a long time and conveyed the Cannondale, but did not give me any attention. Wondering just be in the painting, I kept riding. need to understand how the geometry of the rear of the bike. in breaking the link, with my weight, back of frame hit very hard to the seattube

you wasted your money cuz it's carbon fiber. buy aluminum, with all the impact resistant coatings and extra thickness carbon doesn't weigh much less and it fails catastrophically. racers can run it because they get free replacements after every crash. Team santa cruz is running those easton carbon wheels and replacing them every single race (you'll never find out how many frames they are replacing tho)
