With a jump of only 1.5 m Cannondale Moto Carbon broke. I am very disappointed with the Cannondale does not want to accept my assurance due, because they say the store where I bought it was not an authorized delear. Still do not believe that a great brand like Cannondale does not care about their customers. I'm very sad about this situation

 i really not looking if the store that i bought my Moto it's a authorized dealer, but the frame comes with original pack, manuals, warranty card and as i booked in website Cannondale and i received the confirmation of my register, i belive i have every rights for warranty, but Cannondale not anwser me. I'm really desappoited with Cannondale Frown

 So are you going to do anything more about it or just give it a rest? Such a load op crap they don't want to give you warranty if everything else is right(you even registerd your bike, most peeps wont even bother) It's THEIR problem one of their frame's ended up in a non-authorized store, that shouldn't be possible in the first place.

I'm fairly sure you can get a legal action started against them to force them to give some sort of warranty.(like new front frame)

 sure... you have to take legal actions vs cannondale.... but if this is hard to you maybe you can make an mail with your bad experience with cannondale and send this mail to all your contacts.... in this way maybe cannondale dont lost the money that you pay for the bike but they going to lost many sales.... for now i was thinking in buy my cannondale but now im sure i dont want to buy it... not after your experience...

 Hello. Thank you very much for you all for trying to help me with this problem. I sent a lot emails to Cannondale, but are not answering me more. Unfortunately I continue with my broken frame and without any help. I was passionate about Cannondale, but this problem was very disappointed and just want to show my problem to other bikers. I will continue trying to contact.

 why didn't you buy it at an authorized ealer... canondale cares about costumers beleve me they are just very strict about their dealers and the moto s more of an allmountain bike than a freeride

 Still it's bullcrap you should get warranty from the store in the first place, your legally allowed to get some sort of warranty. Don't let the store tell you otherwise, you didn't do business directly with Cannondale but with the store so they should fix this problem for you. If they don't i'd seriously get some sort of legal action against the store and never buy from them again. Also I think it's questionable how an unauthorized bikeshop can sell their frame's. Someone made a mistake checking up and if Cannondale cares about customers and warranty's they should be more active on preventing someone selling frame's to unauthorized dealers. If they don't it's a very low way of waiving your warranty goodbuy and would for me be a reason not to buy their frame's. It has absolutly nothing to do with the product and only excists on paper. Also 1,5 meter for an allmountain frame is nothing. Either you landed awfully hard or it was some sort of manufactering defect.

 exsactly you can still try the euro warranty... but its a long shot

 sneek is 100% right, they should atleast offer you 50% of a new frame or front triangle. I would deffo take legal action as them frames arnt cheap
