NS capital is a 24" 14mm frame, the rims are 24" hazard lites, the tires are 24" Odyssey P-lytes.

Personally, i like the NS capital more. integrated pivotal, brake less/U mounts, cleaner looking CS and HT, plus, its .3 pounds lighter.

the RNS looks silly. the tuping gets thiner gradualy toward the bottom of the fork. this is going to be a sick buld btw.
