But I do think that saint cranks and brakeless do not go together

how did you do the micro drive?

I cut the edges of the crankset as much as possible, then I took a 22 tooth microdrive of a SLX crankset and just bolted it. So I run 22 - 10

No I had to do it myself, by using a thread tap.
