looks great but have you ever felt too scrunched up ridin one of those? they feel way to short in the overall length. great for cornering but a little unstable in my opinion. nice colour coordination tho, defo one of the best

The large 2010 feels like a small!! Head angle is not as slack as you would think.

Ian is a master of photography, the bike looks great in general, but this picture makes it so vivid and it looks like it`s popping out !

Hopefully they've lowered the price since they're stocking it with Giant "in-house" products instead of name brand stuff.
  • 3 1
Doesn't look like any more in-house stuff than last year... and a wheel upgrade to boot.
  • 1 2
Seatpost, stem, and handlebars from what I can see.
  • 3 1
well in the vid it said 4400 cad wich seem pretty fucking cheap if you ask me
  • 1 0
 Smike, Wheel upgrade?Its a downgrade.
  • 1 0
Heh... matter of opinion I guess. Sun Equalizer to EX500? I guess my old EX5.1's were like cheese... but they sure were light!
  • 1 0
 Worst rims.Wayyyy too weak!
  • 1 0
My EX5.1Ds held up just fine throughout the season. However I was using them for AM, not DH. Seems like they'd be a little bit soft for DH.
  • 1 0
Yeah, I would not call EX5.1D's weak. They are an enduro/AM rim, not DH, so it's not really fair to say they don't hold up to what they're not intended for. Then again, they're spec'd on a full-on DH rig here, so I guess it's fair game.
  • 1 0
ive seen those on quite a few dh rigs and to be honest they never have any flat spots or wobbles so who knows, they may be a decent rim for dh
  • 1 0
 Because you're just encouraging them.
  • 2 0
I have used them for downhill racing, and demo'ed them. And I only weigh 130.
  • 1 1
 then get smooth little kid
  • 2 0
Facepalm .You can't not get flatspots when you run 23 PSI no matter how smooth you are.
  • 1 1
Well then my riding style must be a miracle. And seriously 23psi is getting on the low side good for mud but ur efficiency is shit on dry.
  • 2 0
Ok then what PSi do you run?For racing, 23-25 psi is usually perfect. Why are we fighting? You thing these rims are strong.I know their not.
  • 2 2
 "Think," and "they're."
  • 1 3
dude really correcting peoples spelling is so 5th grade
  • 4 1
On the contrary; if someone doesn't correct your spelling, then you'll go through life sounding like a snot-nosed teenage kid. That is unless of course you simply are a snot-nosed teenage kid.
  • 2 1
I know how to spell those. It was a keyboard mistake, and I did not care enough to spell check like an English assignment.
  • 1 2
Mistaking "their" for "they're" is not a keyboard mistake, it's a grammar mistake. Typing "theyre" or "theu're" would have been a keyboard mistake.
  • 2 2
Can you just stop talking please?
  • 2 1
not much of a difference from 2010's model..mainly just the colours..
