Lauren is 11 years old and I'm proud to say she is a very good little rider! Instead of inappropriate comments, I would expect expect positve feedback and encouragement for young riders.

 Stick with it! However, you'll save yourself from a lot of "inappropriate" comments by wearing some longer shorts. I don't think I'd want my 11 year old running around in those. (especially on a mountain full of dudes)

 there is NOTHING wrong with what she is wearing... I think it is awesome to see young riders out there enjoying the sport.
