If this is photoshopped how come the horses are very slightly soft? Because the focus is on the rider and the DOF just starts to fall off at the horses is why. If this was shopped then you would have a sharp shot of horses, and a sharp shot of the rider.
Also, if this is shopped it's one of the best I've ever seen. The aforementioned DOF matching, the spot on matching of the light (both direction and intensity), WB and tones. Come on guys, think about the elements in this photo and you can tell it's genuine.
