yeah but were comparing them to say odyssey/primo rims, im sure if they were the strongest on the market they would cost alot more and people would actually run them for practical reasons not just for visuals

back to scotland ryan, go get a proper girlfriend, and by the way halfords is the second job i have cos i work in bigfoot bikes in bromley which is as proffessional as evans, rather than wheelies which is a batty hole shop

hehe i love our arguments so i will get involved again!, wheelies isnt that bad and nor is halfords, they sell some good bikes(chris boardman) but are mainly a car shop so their push bikes dept will not be the best. so halfords is a "proper" shop as it "sells merchandise" but still money is mooney, rather have it than not, and ryan dont bring kenny into it when its your hes talking to.

primo rims are terrible, ive dented my new rear one 3 times in 4 months and i dont even ride hard... theyre pathetic. Sun Ringle are a well established wheel maker and the spec on those rims suggest they should hold up to anything. Another thing, you guys are fucking lucky to have jobs, i have no means of income and rarely can afford to buy the best parts for my bike, so right now id take up a job at halfords in an instant!

i do have to say though that some people probably wouldnt pay 650 for this, purely because some of the parts lack in strength. im not saying its not worth the price, but for 650 you could probs get a bike on here with the similar spec but with profile wheels etc.
