Are you getting one for your Tazer? After 2 full hard days of riding I've loved the fork. Lowering it is super easy, and there are a lot of adjustments so you can get it just the way you want it. I lowered mine to 100mm and I really like that amount of travel. Only bad thing about it is that you sometimes get looking down at the fork too much and run into things.
yeh man, for the tazer, and will lower it to 100mm aswell. i can beleive it when you say ur to busy looking at the fork to see where your going lol, nicest fork ive ever seen
I swear that is the one of the nicest, if not the nicest DJ bikes ive EVER seen. Sweet build! I love those forks too. They look so nice, I bet they feel even better though
nah, the other fork I had on it was set at 100mm and rode great, so I am going to do the same with this one. If anything I would maybe lower it to 80mm because the lowers are longer.
Whats the point of buying such a crazy fork like this then lower is to around 100-80mm where it would practically defy the purpose of the fork. Surely it'll affect the adjustments get a 100 Dj fork? Nice bike anyway
I wanted to get a new for to start off with, and I highly prefer Fox over all other brands. The only DJ fork they offer is the 831 which comes with a 15mm thru axel as opposed to the 20mm. I am by no means a fan of that bull, so I wanted to get a fork with a 20mm thru axel, which is also the hub size I have. So, this fork makes sense. Lots of people lower forks, and for me, this fork works perfect and I love everything about it. Lowering it is also an easy thing to do, so if in the future I decided to use this fork set at 160mm, all I have to do is remove the spacers. Thank you.
