This helmet will be worldwide exclusively distributed by Global Racing Imports in Spring 2011. There will be 3 carbon fiber models (the same design in 3 different colors) and one fiberglass model. Pricing won't be bad.

I believe (according to the graphics) this is the new (probably prototype) version of the Kabuto, which I don't think is available yet. Sorry, no idea when it's available yet either.

Kabuto is a brand name, not the actual helmet you see. Google OGK Kabuto and you'll see what I mean.
It's obvious that OGK makes the D2 and the T.H.E. helmets. So I have to assume that since they created the D3, they are offering the same foundation under the OGK name and through other brands, but most likely not til spring? Maybe check T.H.E.'s Interbike this year to see if he starts importing it.
