oh shiza that's a dream ride... i'm guessing you're more into GS than slope style judging from that xx fork haha (although i didn't know they made those with tapered versions?). looks like such a sick slalom bike

Yeah, i plan on using it this year for slalom racing at Snowshoe and Wisp. Slopestyle is cool as heck to watch, but i dont think i could do that stuff.

the brakes still holding up good? seen and heard loads of cases of the clamp snapping off the main lever body.

Same issue here...I went to code r's after I snapped the first one, the single bolt setup is great for xc, but the double bolt is better for these types of bikes...check out my new sx build

f*ck, well they'd be coming on the next bike I'm getting so do you think filing the clamping bolt down so it gave way first would be a good idea? I don't actually have the brakes to see if this would work it was just a thought. safe to say you're a specialized fan anyway! those as are all sweet bikes
