You are all right. Treks full suspension bikes all have two sizes on them Virtual and Actual. The Virtual is in reference to the top tube length not the stand over. The Actual is in reference to the stand over and not the top tube length. This is only on the full suspension frames due to the raised BB height in order to have sufficient BB to ground clearance through suspension travel.
small 15.5 medium 17.5 large 19.5 x large 21.5 There is no such frame size 16inches with the trek scratch. Maybe you worked for KONA dealer and just forgot, it happens. LOL!!! I love making cocky , lying 18 year olds look stupid, it';s soooo easy.
