false, those are 17x9.5 and 17x9 Rota Rb-R's.
I tried to order a set of 17's through watanabe, but they do not make 17's.
you can tell they are rotas by the size and the flat lip, not stepped like watanabes.

(i have a Z so I know a bit lol)

no, its just an early 240z. with zg flares and rota Rb-rs.
