 Duude.. Some people said you had converted a proper hub to maxle lite axle, how'd u do that, if its true?

 I gave up in the end as I was desperate to ride and couldn't get hold of the materials to do it, so I just bought a 20mm hub. I've got a design all sketched out and it's an easy make to be fair

 oh okay, was just wondering since i bought a bmx hub as i runned rigid fork first, but now i want a susp and 15 or 20mm is much stronger, thx anyway Smile

 15mm is super easy as you can run bearings etc

And I don't think you can literally "buy" the bits, but if you sweet talk an Engineer then bits could easily be made

 Female axled?
You would literally just need two spacers for the outside of the hub (to make it fit the wider dropouts) and a new tube spacer for the insides (beteween the bearings).

 My locals can put a bike together and ride them pretty well, but some stuff is just beyond them. Like truing wheels for example

 Truing a wheel is minor man...kids should learn the basics of bike maintainence haha...now building a wheel is advanced!

 I know, but it's a concept that goes right over their heads. Doesn't help when the wheel is missing atleast 9 spokes and has done more rounds than the local prostitute.
Wheel building is piss easy, lad!
