Yo Guys, Alot of people are from what i understand, still waiting for their copies. Spending time making comedial photos is marketing suicide right now. Id reccomend doing this AFTER every single person, who has been waiting far longer than expected, has their copy.

Totally understand where your coming from. We received the Blu Ray discs last night and we have been working around the clock to get them out. The 12 white bins you see behind us are just some of the many orders we have processed and submitted to Canada Post to be sent abroad.
We will be working on shipping all day and night today to ensure everyones pre orders have been sent out. This photo is simply a notification to everyone who's been patiently waiting that we have received the discs and they are now moving.

You are not doing a good enough job... I know there have been technical difficulities and all that BS.. but when it comes down to it, you are offering a product for a certain price, u promised a delivery date and didnt meet it.
i think you should offer some type of refund or reimbursement,
its not acceptable simply because you are an independent movie company...
