not likely, but these wheels are 24". Most of the time 3" wide tires look bigger on 24 inch rims

 For sure. I tried to ride 26" on front and 24" on rear and always liked the way it feels, especially for downhill. Plus 24" wheel less flexy in corners and much stronger than 26" on drops, at least from my experience
