It's an indoor dolly? Don't try and use this bad boy in the man land. Anyway, you have a steadi cam. It's like an unlimited track dolly.

just putting this out there , I like dolly/cable cam shots a lot more than steady cam shots. even though I know it's a LOT more work , it really pays off in some cases

A dolly, the wheels on the bottom pivot and roll, and the tripod sits on the top with a camera mounted to get following/tracking shoots in video.
