These things are so simples once you've done it a few times. I was amazed how small the lens and sensor arrangement was inside my Panasonic camcorder when I took it apart to flip the screen image.
I like the fact that even though you have a camera ripped apart that is more valuable then 95% of the cameras people own, You are taking a picture with another camera that is probably your 2nd, 3rd or 4th body. with a 1.4 lens (I think) no less.. I sadly can only afford a single 60D.. ha
I took a lens apart once to get the dust out....I never knew there was sooo much stuff inside them other than the glass. You just have to be careful and have the right tools.
Removing dust from your sensor? Or just cleaning up the camera? You dont need to disassemble the camera if you ware just cleaning your sensor. Will have a look now for you.
Haha...Just go nuts. I gave mine a good clean around all the seals and stuff. The construction is pretty simple...well on my Canon it is. Just screws here and there. Just have to be careful with a couple of the ribbon cables here and there which are easy to unclip and make sure you take the battery and memory card out.
