Love this one! How did you fire the flash with this short exposure?

D70 ftw! I can push it to 1/1000th, but then the flash exposure drops a bit. Does a little at 1/800th & none at 1/640th, so for most shoots during the day I'm on 1/640th or 1/800th & use aperture to get the flash exposure right.
