Having looked at these pics Jamie - that is defo not right! I would be arguing that the frame is made of butter! Why are the forks not completely destroyed? They should be with damage like that to the frame?

That's what I thought when I saw the crease. The forks should have snapped clean off! I think the forks steerer is very slightly bent, not 100% though. Wiggle said to send the forks back to them to take a look and Felt asked for pictures so I will wait for a reply.

Not a good advert for what Felt sell as an 'Aggressive All Mountain' bike. I really wouldn't describe Cann as in anyway mountainous or aggressive! Ha ha

Yep, i am sooo pissed off. Small crash yesterday and my frame tries to fold itself in half and my forks bend. 1month old bike. Im £1k down basically. But TBH although it was done in an accident, it can't be right...Wasn't even a bad crash. (im fine)

Thanks

Can you claim on warranty, it sounds like it may be a frame fault :/

Well, i will give the makers a call and see what they say. Not holding out much hope though...Best case is that they will do me a front end cheap.
