which size is best for a rider 183cm tall? they sell 14'' and 16''...[which part of the bike is the 14'' or 16'' reference?

i also have a saracen amplitude cr2 so i guess i need a frame with similar size...

ive had mine for about....6 months and its such a strong and light frame for the price, i would recomend one to anyone

ive got the 14" one, not too sure which part it is but im 5 ft 2" and its okay for me, maybe a little big but its fine.
but yeah they are such good, cheap frames
