 Sweet build man, I'd go with the 40 if youre sticking with double-crowns (or triple crowns or whatever people call them- they only have 2 clamps lol) or if youre bringing it down to a long-travel single-crown fork then the go with a 36 Talas- best fork on the market.

 Yeah they're a good fork. I'm just a Fox guy, had trouble with other Rock Shox forks. But the Totems are good as long as you get the air, not the coil.

 If you're buying a new fork then a 2010 or 2011 888 ti has immense reviews from Dirt, and looks like a killer dh fork
