Definately a good first run but getting that figure eight perfect is such a pain in the ass the first few times you do it.

When I upgrade to drop brake levers I'll have a go at it.

Hmmm... I always use either Fizik or Cinelli and they're both trash once you take 'em off. The Cinelli stuff is so tacky it's trash if you get more than just a couple wraps done wrong and try to go back. The PRO stuff from Shimano is supposed to be pretty good too.

I think it is 1.8! And yes very durable. We have the green shit on our shop door handles since last summer and it is still money, and reusing is NO PROBLEM MON!!!!
