Cool man! Thought about doing this in my rotors but didn't know if the paint was going to hold due to the high temperatures. Does it still hold?

Yeah it does. It's thermal-resistant paint, so doesn't peel off with high heat. The kind of paint you use on radiators, or car brake calipers.

Yeah, most hardware stores or automotive accessory shops carry it. Well....in the UK. Not sure about Portugal...

Yup. Masking tape on the braking surface and spray paint
