This is the owner of Bicycle Fabrications, Hank Metheson's personal bike. It features an eccentric intermediate link rear sus, drilled Ti lugs, and carbon fiber main tubes. All suspensions designed and built in-house. Source: Dirtrag Issue 155.

Why does that Elka shock have a CR1 sticker on it?

I'll take a guess on this one for ya, just like when Push re-valves a rear shock for a customer, they typically put a Push sticker on it, this is likely the case with the CR1 on the Elka.
