Would you think a medium rune would fit a guy at 185cm? Do not like big bikes. And saw that a medium rune has approx the same toptupe length as my long rampant. But with just a little taller seat tube. And i feel comfortable on my rampant. But for uphill i have to have a huge seatpin. So the rampant must go. Even though i love the bike.

If you're ok with the idea of a 70 mm stem then possibly yes. It gets tough above 182 cm to recommend a medium because it's close. If you went with a large you would definitely be comfortable and not find it "too big". If you're used to running smaller bikes (if you typically always take medium in every bike), then the medium Rune will not be anything new in terms of fit.

I rode a large Rampant and I'm 6'2" (188 or so?).

I would personally take a large Rune with 50 mm stem. Again, it's a tough call what to recommend.
