Selected by Ian Hylands - Classic shot of Tippie redone! Tippie first did this drop back in the 90's when he was a much younger fro rider. This shot was taken last year however by Blake Jorgenson, with Tippie as a 40+ year old dude. Everything about this is epic, I just wish it was a little bigger so I could make it my desktop...

Hey I can guarantee It has not been POD before. It was used in the Raceface press release, and then submitted for POD as the response was so positive.
I remember this shot when it ran in BIKE magazine a truck-load of years ago, back when so-called hucking was all the rage. I stared at the picture...growing nervous inside...thinking..."Damn it. I'm probably going to have to try something like that." Some time afterwords, I talked myself into riding my then Psycle Werks Wild Hare off a maintenance shack at Mt. Norquay in Banff. 'Thought about if for a week beforehand. I recall the questionable condition of the roof, the crusty shingles, my friends all watching, and a tormented mind wondering, "What are you doing? You're up here now. 'Can't chicken out." A few last looks followed by a willful override of my instinct for self-preservation, and then, "Alright, fxck it."
I felt like I was sixty feet tall when I landed safely. No, eighty feet tall. Man, it felt good.
