that's bloody awesome self portrait, mate!

p.s. what's your flash setup? Two Nikon speedlights with CLS or some wireless flash triggers?

Thanks! 3 Nikon speedlights on combination of Pocket Wizard Plus II's and Multimax's, with the new Flex TT5 on the hot shoe. I can get 1/400th every time at 1/4, 1/2, or full power on flashes. Hylands is sync'ing at 1/1000th using Multimax's, but I'm pretty sure it's at full power on the flashes. I haven't tried his technique, but it seems to be working great for him.

Cool! I'm currently using 3 Nikon speedlights ( 2 older and one SB600 ) with YN 602 synchs for speeds below 1/250;

And thanks to you - I;m hooked on buying The Mumford Time Machine!

Looks like something taken from Back to the Future or the original Star Trek movies!

I don't know a lot in photography so I'd like to know,, how do you take the picture with the good timming?
