The head angle doesn't really look that slack, I think it might be a stock frame; 65 degree head. My guess is that it's a size small. They stole the DW link design without ever paying royalties.

It looks like a large to me based on the curve in the top tube, it is in front of the shock and the small is behind and medium is right above.
