Trick Star, or Pro Star? I don't remember a "Race Star" frame but, then again, Hutch made some really unique and kool stuff back in the day..

crazy thing: original Hutch Pro Star frames can fetch anywhere from 500 - 3500 frame & fork alone. I wish i kept my stuff from back then.
