Tip for next time, try the slowest ss possible like 1/8th or something low like that. it would be perfectly golden backdrop with a semi tac sharp rider, creates a much smoother/nicer/more appealing shot
Thats what seperates people from the best. Youve got to be confident enough in yourself to risk it when it counts.
What i usually do is get the safety shots out of the way (images i'm happy with and know clients will be) then what ever time i have left (10 mins - 2-3 days) I risk it and get arty and creative. It's very rare i don't risk a crazy idea on race runs
I see what you're saying but I literally took like 20 photos that day and pretty much only in the finals so I wanted something decent to show haha. Really only went there for the party.
