 Another reason this photo works is because of the leading lines of the Shimano tape. We have a tendency to follow lines in pictures, especially lines that lead left to right, like reading a book. You probably didn't realize that your eyes followed the tape to the rider when first glancing at this shot.

 There showas. It's a famous, well known mx fork company. They been making very good forks and shocks for mx for a long time now. They must be getting into mountain bikes!!!!

 They made the forks for the Honda Bikes. Like Honda I don't think they have any intention of creating an mtb product, it was simply a test platform...

 Those Honda bikes costed £60000 each.. and Honda saved £7M by developing the technology on mountain bikes rather than MX bikes. Great success!
