34t comes up a little short, it should at least fit a 36t since that is the most common size

It would actually fit 36t. But he does ever single one of them by hand. So he can do pretty much whatever size you want..

I usually make a 34-36T bashguard for the chainguide, this one is just a 32-34T version with the same back plate.

It's made of carbon and a specific anti-friction plastic with aluminium hardware...
