Other than the parts from the capital you know of and the ones in the photo the rest of the parts will be g sport hubs in polished, black halo spokes, odyssey 7ka rims in black with tioga street block folding tires, black fly ruben sealed pedals and of course the lovely 20.8 top tube united mothership v2 in red burgandy. Not sure if i'm going to get new cranks yet but probably will use the cults aswell and a couple of pegs will be used probably one of the sets you recomended.

I don't understand why people build crap bikes on here . The buy and sell is flooded with crappy customs using pinch bolt cranks,heavy frames and crap wheels. Whats the point of riding something like that as tbh a nice bike may cost allot more but damn is it worth it. Maybe people are just lazy and don't want to work for their bikes like me and you

 most of the bikes on the buy and sell have the prime parts removed for sale and listed separately because the owners hate to loose out . I figures if I were to sell my cap I could get a whole lot more if I were to part it out rather than sell it as a whole . I am however going to lace the old hubs to a set of 24" rims and put them up for sale as I believe I could get a lot more price wise than trying to sell the hubs and spokes separate. In adding up my bike even doing it at used prices it well reaches over 1300. and no one will pay that much for a street bike in the states from what I have found . The previous owner tried to sell it for 990 with the shit parts and people were telling him that was cheap but no one would buy and kept trying to low ball him on it .
