That Dude is the soon to be released Maxxis HR2 TLR 29" x 2.25" tyre. Really a very good all around tyre, works superbly on everything we have down here, nice volume to boot. Have really enjoyed testing it over the last few months. Have mainly run it as a front tyre, but did throw it outback for a few rides before running it tubeless and was blown away by how fast it rolled despite it's monster truck type tread pattern and compound.
