I am thinking bout switching from a 2x9 to a 1x9 because I literally never use my granny gears. I guess I have strong legs cause i have not shifted into m granny in 2 years... so gettin rid of a shifter, and an extra ring would lighten it a bit.

Thanks Zach! I just took it for a ride at UCSC yesterday. It was awesome! I can't get the real high gears or low gears that I could get with the triple, but I really do like the security of my chain when I'm descending.
