Could the owner of this beauty pleeeaaase answer how HE/SHE changed they stock 160mm(6.3") rear travel? Or are they perhaps mistaken? I've heard of people tinkering with the rear travel. What are your rear shock dimensions?

blethi: I purchased the rear shock and eve linkage. Be sure to get compatible ones. Take the stock shock and linkae off and replace it with the evo linkage and coil. it changes the travel to about 7" Its a very nice upgrade to do.

thanks, I take it the shock has a little more stroke than the shocks than come on the 2011/12 EVO models. They do have a different linkage piece as you mention, but thats only to accommodate the longer eye-to-eye length of the coil shocks. I have a 2012 EVO, with the EVO link and a 2.125" stroke shock as comes stock. This only amounts to 6.3" travel. either way, sweet ride!
