Hi, its an nikon 10-20mm with mtf adapter! the lens itself is not that good, (bought a new one now)
I like the FS100, only thing i im struggling with is to get the colors right in the field, it looks good on the lcd but when i get home it looks crap, so im still working on the picture quality! its only 1 cable cablecam so some jiggling is there, but not as much as i thought when i built it!

Its just a motor ESC and a battery from a RC car i had lying around so i mounted it on the cable cam! works good!

Hey buddy, is that the stock Sony lens or an MTF adapter with a Canon/Nikon? Sorry to be critical, but I thought the image quality of the video was a little lacking...though action was well shot. We're about to invest in a new S35 camera, so interested to know what you made of the FS100 'in the field', and how stable it was on the cable. Cheers!

Costly Set Up! FS100 and all.. I'm Guessing that the set up on the crane goes to a remote that you can control the speed of the tracking on the cable??? Actually more likely its for panning the camera whilst tracking?

You can see that there's a motor driving the centre pulley. There's also a battery and speed controller, so the remote would control the speed of the camera.
