 cant be arsed is the main reason. lots of pushing up to be done to race, my legs dont like walking up stairs, let alone 10+ of rogate.

 he did! his bike was so tangled up in himself and a bush, i tried being gentle about getting his bike off him, in the end i just yanked it. was the way forward.

 Do you run your rear brake cable through the frame or just over it? It's annoying needing to bleed every brake you put on
