(wilkey) no offense but that doesn’t even compare to todays... its a good photo, but a "great" pod really needs to show some rider skill, not just a bunch of guys standing in front of a cool sunset.
This is hands down one of the best pod’s i’ve seen.
Thank you all for you're comments! Going to check this all day! And thanks Pinkbike for making this POD! Roy for his mad skills and Sjors de Geus and the crew for keeping the trails alive. For more photos of that session, check this link cargocollective.com/denniskatinas/Middenberm-Trails
Great POD and one of the first times I can remember where the person who is owner of the POD chimes in and gives his thanks. Very cool. Awesome vibes to go to bed to.
hahaha it doenst help the boredom though.. i just teaches you to wear a full face and try not to crash while riding.. 9gag cures the pain.. except for the ribs.. laughing only makes it worse
Yep I'm screwed! Got more pads than 1 man needs but nothing to stop a rebounding fork from folding me inhalf and removing muscle tissue from ribs ! No laughing thank you!
Dennis, great photo, congratulations! Could you tell us a little bit more about how you took it (were you sitting on a branch up in a tree? was your flash on a camera or in some other spot? what camera and settings did you use?) Thanks a lot!
Hey bro, thanks a lot I've been using a Canon eos 5d mark ii and a 15mm f/2.8 fisheye. I used 3 nikon sb-28 flashes firing from 2 different positions on the ground. I was holding a loooong boom with the cam on it. I don't like climbing trees, because they never wanna walk with me I used a wired trigger to trigger the cam and pocket wizards to trigger the flashes. The settings... whatever it takes on the spot Cheers!
Super vette plaat! Zet de midenberm mooi op de kaart. Ik fiets er vaak langs (ja langs idd) maar denk dat ik er ook eens foto's ga schieten, zijn er vaak gasten?
Only older? It has been a layed back winter by looks of you Roy! Hahaha. Some little differences in this shot but yeah I did it in similar way, although this was a horizontal shot and that was a new challenge.
