Funny..... My original idea for my BB was a cut out. Told me this wasn't possible. He also said something similar in the thread about it a while ago. I guess he just picks and chooses what's possible or not depending on the mood he's in. Looks like it'll be a nice build!

My original design called for a notched BB and ST. He told me it was structurally impossible to build. It's been done on a few track bikes which is where I got the idea from.

A curved seat tube would probably work better, but you'd have to have an integrated pivitol post thing like the NS capital, because a seat tube wouldn't go in unless it was also curved...

I understood what you meant.. sorry I didn't make myself clear. One better than a notched seattube would be a curved one. You could go really short then...
