I could recommend "mad mechanic" a user on here who designs and builds bike frames, full sus, hard tail etc. with his huge experience with engineering and your awesome design skills both of you combined.... unstoppable!!.

 Here we go, that's nice. I can give you some tips: 1) the push for the rear brake you don't need, we tested it and removed it. 2) the chain tension on the upper chain line is used to push against the squat. This force needs to be balanced. Your lever ratio need to be adjusted. Well done.

 Access to the shock doesn't look ideal. It needs a Giant ATX style downtube
