 I remember this photo being on here a while back, and a lot of contradiction towards the "real or not" argument, most of which are fake. I can't quite remember, and I have no actual proof it it's fake or not. That's why I said "apparently".

 Well, I can vouch for this, since I was the original poster of this pic on pinkbike, this is very real. My friend is the one who took the pic and still has it saved on his phone. The girl attends the college down the street from me and has the scar to prove it. When this pic was taken a couple years ago, it was her 1st year of college and she was riding a small kid's tricycle and stepped off sideways, resulting in a very unlucky compound dislocation. I don't know why my upload got deleted. I'm guessing some people had an issue with the graphic content or something.

Think what you like about it being real or fake. All I have to say is: drink your milk and stay in school
